Our Funniest Bobblehead Requests (Yes, These Are Real!)
Custom bobbleheads aren’t just for birthdays and anniversaries. They’re also for hilarious inside jokes, unexpected moments, and the kind of gift that gets remembered — and talked about — for years.
Here at Couple of Things, we’ve seen some of the most creative, funny, and downright outrageous requests. And yes — they’re all 100% real (and approved for sharing!).
1. 🏄♂️ The Man Surfing With His Dog
This customer wanted to commemorate his beach-loving Labrador by creating a dog figurine — but with a twist. We added both man and pup on a surfboard, in matching sunnies. You could say it made a splash!
2. 🚀 The Astronaut Couple in Love
One couple asked for a couple bobblehead in full NASA-style suits with hearts on their helmets and stars in the background. Their anniversary theme was "To the moon and back.”
3. 📢 The Boss Holding a Mini Version of Himself
For Boss’s Day, an office team gifted their manager a figurine of him... holding a bobblehead of himself. Meta, right? Try your own version here.
4. 🏋️♀️ The Fitness Coach with a Cheeseburger
As an inside joke, one client asked us to sculpt her gym trainer flexing with a dumbbell in one hand — and a cheeseburger in the other. The figurine now lives proudly on his desk.
5. 🧙♂️ Dungeons & Dragons Bobblehead Party
We once created a set of 6 custom characters for a DnD group — including a wizard, rogue, and half-elf bard. Yes, complete with armor, cloaks, and a tiny dice prop. These would fit well with our anime/fantasy options.
6. 🧑🍳 Grandma the Superhero Chef

7. 🐾 Dog & Cat Wedding Cake Topper
A couple wanted their cake topper to feature their pets getting “married” instead of themselves. Tuxedo for the French Bulldog, flower crown for the cat. You can get yours here.
8. 🎮 Esports MVP in Victory Pose
One gamer ordered a bobblehead of himself smashing a keyboard mid-win, sitting on a throne of energy drinks. Iconic.
9. 🧠 ChatGPT as an Action Figure
Someone asked us to create a bobblehead of ChatGPT. It had a laptop, a light bulb, and "AI vibes." Still one of our staff favorites.
10. 🥷 Secret Agent Proposal
A proposal figurine featuring one partner in a tux, the other in spy gear holding a “Will You Marry Me?” card. Romance meets 007.
