For a team, identify each person and explain whether they should have individual bases or be grouped. Confirm quantity, props and the final quote before placing a large order.

Preview and artist proof are different

An AI preview illustrates an idea. It is not a photograph of the final product. After payment, the artist shares sculpture proofs for review before baking. Check the approval deadlines in your order and request changes at the appropriate stage.

Production and delivery

Our current production estimate is 3 business days to 2 weeks after payment and complete references. Proof changes, approval delays and peak periods can extend production. Free standard shipping then takes an estimated 10–20 business days; express shipping takes an estimated 3–5 business days at an additional cost. These are separate stages, not a guaranteed arrival date.
