At Coupleofthings, production typically takes 3 business days to 2 weeks. Shipping comes afterwards: standard shipping is estimated at 10–20 business days, while express shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Production time and delivery time are separate

• Production: time to make the personalised item. Design complexity, photo questions, proof approvals and seasonal demand can affect progress.
• Shipping: the delivery period after dispatch. The policy lists free standard shipping and express shipping at an additional charge calculated at checkout.
• Extra time: allow room for revisions and possible delivery delays, including customs or weather disruption.

What happens before dispatch?

1. Prepare your references. Submit clear photos and identify the outfit, pose and details you want.
2. Confirm the design brief. Resolve missing references or special requests so the artist knows what to make.
3. Review sculpture proofs. For custom bobbleheads, check the handmade work and request changes before approving it for baking. Confirm the review process for other product types.
4. Finish and dispatch. Once the item is ready, it is packed and shipped. The policy says a shipping confirmation email includes tracking details.

Can I choose express delivery?

Express shipping shortens the estimated delivery stage; it does not automatically speed up production. For an urgent gift, check a rush request with us before payment.
