Terms & Conditions for Custom Bobblehead Orders

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom Order Acknowledgement & Photo Reference

All bobbleheads are 100% custom-made based on the photo(s), details, and requirements you provide at the time of purchase. Each piece is handmade according to the original information submitted. The artist will use the photo(s) you upload as the primary reference for hair, facial features, and facial expression. Additional photos are not required and may not be used, as different photos often show different expressions, angles, or hairstyles, which may cause inconsistency during production.

2. Approval Option Selection During Ordering

During checkout, customers are given the option to choose whether they would like to receive email updates and approve the design at each sculpting stage, including face, hair, and body.

If the customer selects the option to receive email updates and approvals, the revision and approval policies outlined in this Terms & Conditions will apply.

If the customer selects the option to proceed without receiving email updates or approvals, we will proceed with production without requesting approval or feedback at any stage. In this case, no changes, revisions, or adjustments will be allowed once production begins. The customer acknowledges and agrees that the final result is non-refundable and cannot be remade under any circumstances.

By selecting the option to proceed without approvals, the customer confirms that they trust the artist’s judgment and accept the final outcome as-is.

3. Changes & Revisions Policy

Once the design or production process has started, the original requirements cannot be changed. This includes pose, skin tone or skin colour, hair colour or hairstyle, outfit or clothing style, and facial expression. Any request to change these items will be considered a remake and may require additional charges and extended production time.

If revisions are applicable, and if the customer has selected the approval option, revisions are limited to resemblance adjustments only. The customer must clearly point out the specific areas that require adjustment, such as face shape, eyes, nose, or overall resemblance. General or unclear feedback may result in delays. All revisions must remain within the original scope.

4. Revision & Approval Process

If revisions are applicable, the creation process will proceed in stages, including face sculpting, hair detailing, and body and outfit creation. Production will only continue after approval is received at each stage. Any delay in providing approval or feedback will result in a delay to the overall timeline. Once a stage is approved, no further changes can be made to that stage. Any request to change an already approved stage will be considered a remake and may incur additional charges and time.

5. Revision Timeline

Each revision requires additional production time. Multiple revisions may be accommodated, but each revision will extend the delivery timeline. Customers are advised to allow sufficient time for revisions when placing an order.

6. Delivery Date & Urgent Orders

If you require the bobblehead to be delivered by a specific date, you must inform us before or at the time of purchase. Estimated delivery timelines assume smooth production with no revisions. If any revisions or approvals are required, delivery by the requested date cannot be guaranteed. By requesting revisions or approvals, you acknowledge and accept possible delays.

7. AI Visualization Disclaimer

AI-generated visualizations may be provided for reference and preview purposes only. These visuals do not represent the final product. The actual bobblehead is not 3D printed. Final production is hand-sculpted by an artist, and the finished product will reflect the artist’s style, materials, and craftsmanship. As a result, the final bobblehead will not look exactly identical to the AI visualization.

8. Artistic Style Disclaimer

Our bobbleheads are crafted in a stylized, chibi or cartoon-inspired form. While we aim for strong resemblance, exact duplication is not guaranteed due to the handmade and artistic nature of the product.

9. Approval & Responsibility

By approving the final design, or by selecting the option to proceed without approvals, you confirm that you accept the final product and the artistic interpretation within the agreed scope, including reasonable differences from AI visualizations.

10. No Refunds for Custom Orders

Due to the personalized and custom-made nature of our bobbleheads, refunds, returns, cancellations, or remakes are not available once production has started.
