How to order your pet memorial figurine
- Choose the number of pets and the size of each pet, upload your reference photos in the product options above, and place your order.
- Email any additional reference photos and design notes to info@coupleofthings.net, including your order number. Tell us the pose, expression and markings you would like us to follow.
- Review photos of the whole figurine and request adjustments before giving your final approval.
- Your finished keepsake is prepared for delivery, with shipment tracking.
Which photos should I send?
A clear front view, side views, a back view and a full-body picture help us understand your pet's features and proportions. Add close-ups of any special markings and identify one main reference if the photos show different ages, haircuts or collars.
If you only have older photographs or a small number of pictures, send the best images you have before ordering. We can check which details are visible and discuss a suitable design with you.
Production and delivery
Production is typically 3 business days to 2 weeks after payment and complete references. Design complexity and approval timing can affect this estimate. Shipping follows production: standard delivery is estimated at 10–20 business days, with express options estimated at 3–5 business days where available. Yes. The gallery shows pet figurine examples from our Etsy shop; your keepsake will be made using your own reference pictures and agreed design notes. Each sculpture is a handmade interpretation of your pet.

Contact us before ordering if you would like a base with a name, dates or a short message. We will confirm the layout, size and any extra cost before you purchase.
Can I choose a favorite pose?
Yes. Share a photo of the pose if you have one, or describe how you would like your pet to sit, stand or lie down. We will use your references to guide the design.
